WTC Central Stage – Community Program Application
Central Stage is available to communities, networks and ecosystem partners that create value for the WTC Amsterdam ecosystem through knowledge sharing, innovation, entrepreneurship and meaningful connections. To maintain a relevant and high-quality programme, all events are reviewed through a curation process.
This short application helps us understand your community, audience and event format. Please note that submission of this form does not constitute a booking. Applications are evaluated based on community fit, audience relevance and alignment with the WTC Amsterdam ecosystem.
If your event qualifies, the use of Central Stage is free of charge and ready to go. This free usage includes an AV package (screen, microphones, speaker) and excludes F&B.

Approval & Terms
By submitting this form, you confirm that you are authorized to organise this event and agree to the following conditions. If the event is approved for the WTC Central Stage:
- WTC Amsterdam will be listed as host and/or partner in all relevant event communications and registration channels.
- The event will be open to employees and residents of WTC Amsterdam and may be promoted through WTC Amsterdam communication channels, including newsletters, event calendars and digital screens.
- Attendee contact details collected through event registration will be shared with WTC Amsterdam for relevant event, community and coworking communications, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and participant consent requirements.
- WTC Amsterdam may provide a short presentation slide or announcement about relevant community initiatives, to be included in the event programme and/or propose a representative to welcome your audience.
- The event organiser will comply with venue and operational guidelines, including noise restrictions applicable to events taking place in the lobby area before 17:00.
- Photography and video captured during the event may be used by WTC Amsterdam for future marketing, communications and community-related purposes.
- Submission of this application does not constitute a booking. WTC Amsterdam reserves the right to approve, decline or withdraw support for any proposed event.
- All beverages must be purchased through the WTC Connect Bar, located directly next to the Central Stage. Any additional food & beverage catering services must be arranged through WTC Amsterdam’s preferred catering partner or one of the catering providers available within the building.
Under these conditions, Central Stage is offered free of charge in support of your event and community.
