A dedicated team to guide a new potential resident and a long-term resident throughout with all steps of leasing and (re) contracting.
The commercial team guides new residents in making choices which best fit you companies needs. Choosing from our elaborate product mix or creating a personalized office product, this team helps finding the most optimal solution for your company and your teams. The team will also pro-actively support in times of changing needs and during contract extensions.

The technical team, with its partners takes care of the (daily) maintenance, repairs, compliance, technical systems and sustainability performance of all towers and the shared spaces. A key element before moving in is including this team in your office renovations to ensure your office is build to last and function optimally. (Dit zeg ik niet helemaal goed hier).

The facility team ensures that your workspaces and the shared spaces operate safely, efficiently and with warm hospitality. The team manages the reception services ensuring a warm and professional welcome, for you, your colleagues and your guests. This team also ensures, together with our dedicated partners, for the cleanliness and safety of the WTC.
For new residents we have a full onboarding program and (coming soon) a World Trade Center Amsterdam tour to make your new team members familiar with their exciting new workspace.

Community management brings people together across WTC Amsterdam and beyond. Events are either curated on content or social gatherings, but always organized with our residents to amplify connections and collaborations within WTCA and broader Amsterdam. Through newsletters, an app and narrow casting we aim to keep you informed on that is going on at WTCA and invite everyone to join!
